About Tony

3W Founder, Tony Wall, has a unique background in construction program management that

spans both public and private projects. Tony's grandfather ran a family construction business and

put building in his blood. Following graduation from college, Tony had a successful career in

education, serving as a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent and acting

superintendent. It was as assistant superintendent that Tony began using his family

background to build school buildings...

Tony's management of the Dublin, Ohio school

construction program was unparalleled. Tony was

responsible for building new facilities, renovating

existing buildings, planning future facility needs,

passing bond issues and operating levy's, securing

land for future school district needs and creating a

master plan that remains operational today and has

left a lasting impact on the Dublin community.

Tony was chosen to lead the Council of Educational Facility Planners, International. As

Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Tony led this professional school building association

to great heights. He worked daily with school districts across North America, assisting them in all

aspects of school facility planning, design and construction. Tony led large teams into school

districts to evaluate facilities, to create educational specifications, to lead staff and community

forums, to plan bond packages and to deal with design and construction related issues. Tony's

expertise and insight led CEFPI to be the national leader in school planning, design and

construction issues.

In the private sector, Tony has been a business

owner, general contractor, developer, partner

and consultant. His companies have been

recognized with awards for both residential and

commercial development and construction. He has

built the Custom Home of the Year, as well as two

Commercial Office Buildings of the Year. His company

is the only one to receive both the residential and

commercial awards in the same year and administrative skills and experience.
